Thanks to the pooling of knowledge, expertise, technical and manpower resources, Bopp & Reuther has been able to provide an extensive service portfolio. We are now able to offer our customers this overall service across all phases of a valve’s lifecycle.
The Service³ network with over 100 service technicians, 4 manufacturing facilities and an efficient back office provides fast and effective support and is able to be on site quickly. We will assist you from the erection and commissioning and continue to accompany your installation through regular maintenance and any retrofits as may be required. Our primary concern is trouble free operation of your facilty.
The majority of our safety and control valves have been providing trouble free operation for decades. On request, we can undertake the regular service and testing of your valves, preventative maintenance based on manufac­turer’s recommendations is the key to trouble free operation. If a refurbishment is necessary, the expert work can be carried out on site with specialised mobile machinery thus reducing the down time of an installation reducing overall costs. Such work is of course supported by an extensive control, examination, re-commisioning and a complete documentation package.
We are a German TÜV certified test facility for various types of valve including safety valves, check valves, gate valves, and various control valves), for all makes of valves.
